Meguiar's Car Crazy Charity Cruise
This year, we’ve joined forces with the crews at Hampton Downs and Caffeine and Gasoline to bring you our annual Meguiar’s Car Crazy Charity Cruise. We’ll all be looking forward to welcoming summer and stretching our legs after another lockdown – which is the perfect time to get your car cruise ready and join us in the crusade against Prostate Cancer. We invite you to hit the streets with us to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation of NZ and cruise to Hampton Downs for Caffeine and Gasoline. We have locked in Sunday 31 October 2021 starting at Meguiar’s / Smits Group HQ in East Tamaki.
Registration is $25 per car and you’ll take home a bag worth over $75 of Meguiar’s and Smits Group goodies, plus you’ll be eligible for our grand prize for Meguiar’s Ultimate Shine People’s Choice Award as voted by the public, which includes a $500 Meguiar’s Prize Pack and a double pass for a Hampton Downs Go Kart session. The Meguiar’s Car Crazy Charity Cruise sign in will kick off at 7.30am at Smits Group/Meguiar’s Headquarters, 65 Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki.
All proceeds from your registration fee will be going to the Prostate Cancer – that’s right, every cent of your $25 registration! In addition to this, Smits Group will donate 20% of all Meguiar’s product sales made on the day at Hampton Downs and $0.50 for every legitimate vote received for the Meguiar’s Ultimate Shine People’s Choice Award. Voting forms will be available at the Meguiar’s stand at Hampton Downs – look for the Meguiar’s tent.
The Meguiar’s Car Crazy Charity Cruise is limited to well-presented vehicles only, including customs, classics, hot rods, imports and street machines. So, get them out and looking their best so we get lots of votes in the People’s Choice Award and raise as much money as possible!
Due to the popularity of this charity cruise, places will not be confirmed until payment has been received and is strictly on a first in first served basis. Due to the current unprecedented times, should the event be cancelled on account of level changes all entry funds will be reimbursed.
